How it Works

What to expect when you book;

  • Contact me via WhatsApp or Phone Call or email to set up your first appointment

    Consent forms will be sent ahead of your session to complete and return via email.

  • 60 minute session which will include:

    Full assessment & testing, diagnosis, and (if time allows) a mini treatment.

  • After your first session you’ll leave with clarity, a diagnosis and a personal plan that fits your goals.

    • Initial session: 1 hr

    • Follow-ups: typically 30 minutes

    • 60-minute massage still available

  • In-clinic: Mon + Wed

    Mobile: Thu + Fri

    Message or call to coordinate bookings.

  • A full fee charge will apply for no-shows.

    Cancellations required 24 hours in advance.
