How it Works
What to expect when you book;

Contact me via WhatsApp or Phone Call or email to set up your first appointment
Consent forms will be sent ahead of your session to complete and return via email.

60 minute session which will include:
Full assessment & testing, diagnosis, and (if time allows) a mini treatment. -
After your first session you’ll leave with clarity, a diagnosis and a personal plan that fits your goals.

Initial session: 1 hr
Follow-ups: typically 30 minutes
60-minute massage still available

In-clinic: Mon + Wed
Mobile: Thu + Fri
Message or call to coordinate bookings. -
A full fee charge will apply for no-shows.
Cancellations required 24 hours in advance.
